Last Day of School - YEA!!!
School has officially ended for the year...I don't know who is happier, Jacob or myself.
Today about 40 6th graders went to play putt putt and to Sonic for lunch. After that,
Jacob and his 10 "closest" buddies went to Austin's house for an afternoon in the pool.
Watch out 7th grade!!!!!!!

Final Travel Spring Soccer Game

Spring has finally sprung!!!!
I think Spring has officially arrived in Illinois....we have been
waiting for this since January...hahahaha!!!

Award Ceremony
The Music Department had their Award Ceremony last night.
The 6th Grade Jazz Band performed and Jacob performed his
solo again. Jacob will be continuing trombone lessons this summer,
as well as learning to play the electric guitar.

Concert at the Courthouse
The entire Music Department of Germantown Hills went to the
Peoria Country Courthouse on Tuesday for a lunchtime concert.
They all did a fantastic job. Jacob played with the Cadet Band and
the Jazz Band. He had a solo with the Jazz Band, Watermelon Man
by Herbie Hancock....truly amazing!!!!

Jacob's Final Track Meet
The 6th graders had their final track meet yesterday.
Jacob came in 3rd (out of 11 shotput throwers), not
too bad...his best throw yesterday was 23'. The
Germantown Hills Boys Track Team won the entire
meet beating out 6 other schools..WAY TO GO GH WARRIORS!!!
Mom and Wayne's Visit to Greenville
Mom and Wayne visited Greenville about 3 weeks ago,
